Do you understand edification? Literal translation of edification is finish the house, house being oikos and also meaning family or temple.

When I give you the meaning in the original language is it a better understanding or a lesser?

I am telling you that you will never understand if you don’t see that the translations has diluted and confused the meaning.

In the original language one word is used in many places to impart the full understanding and context of the point being made. In the translation this one word can be translated into many different words and in doing removing and diverting the original intention and context.
