The word O is used many times in the King James translation but only actually occurs in the Greek text 20 times. It is a great study. It is translated from the Greek letter omega and translated O 16 times, and Omega 4 times in the Revelation.

1. Matthew 15:28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
2. Matthew 17:17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.
3. Mark 9:19 He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.
4. Luke 9:41 And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither.

17. Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
18. Revelation 1:11Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
19. Revelation 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
20. Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Acts 13:10 is referring to Elymas the sorcerer. There is some evidence pointing to the translator of text and that being the subtlety that turns away the people from the faith to confusion. The original un-translated text ties this to Jeremiah 39. You should really read both chapters in this intended context.

Yesterday I told you of those who are in positions where they should have been protecting the truths of the faith and the founding principles, and haven’t been living up to their responsibility.
I talked about the false theories being put forward as wisdom when it was actually confusion and continued mutation induced by agenda driven self gain disguised as policy. I gave the unchanging truths, AGAIN, that we have been founded on.

Do you think these are something I do on my own? I have a charge to keep. I have a responsibility I will not waver from. This is who I am and have been. I change not.

1 Timothy 6:20 & 21

King James Version
20O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:
21Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.

The Interlinear Bible literal translation
O Timothy, the deposit guard, having turned from the profane, empty babbling and opposing theories of the falsely named knowledge, which some asserting concerning the faith have missed the mark.
Grace (be) with you. Amen

A more literal translation.
Omega Timothy, (parakatatheken – para kata teko, see 22 August 2010) Stay close to what is produced from the seed (phulaxon) watch over the shoots, (ektrepomenos) deflect and declare the (bebelous) basis darts being thrown by (kenophonias) empty language and (antitheseis) opposite theories (psudonumon) deceptively called (gnosenos) knowledge, which some assert concerning the (pistin) entire basis and true foundation of belief (estochsan) have deviated from the truth.
