The Veil

Jesus Christ Is Lord!
20 October 2010

Proverbs 9 says: “rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee. 9Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. 10The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. 11For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.”

What I am about to say isn’t for the scorner but for the wise.
Can a nation rise from the dead? The answer is yes and here is the way the LORD says it will happen. Romans 11: 15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

The word received is translated from the Greek proslepsis and is only used this one time in the scriptures. It has been incorrectly translated as being a form of proslambano meaning receive. The two Greek words combined here are actually pros and lepis. (And yes it is the same root as leprosy) The translation should be scales taken away. This is a reference to all the following:

Acts 9: 18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been (lepis) scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

Ezekiel 29: 4 But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales.

Job 41: 15 His scales are his pride, shut up together as with a close seal.

It is a reference to so many other patterns. Saul the king and Saul the opposer of the true Christianity. The vail before the eyes and must fall away.

2 Corinthians 3 & 4, Isaiah 25, Hebrews 9 & 10, Psalms 135

Israel, it is time to wake up.
In the Name of
Jesus Christ My Lord
Thank You My Father
