11And the LORD said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that heareth it shall tingle.
12In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end.
The word that tingle is translated from here is used only a few times. It is tingle in Jeremiah 19. These uses along with the content and context connect 1 Samuel 3 and Jeremiah 19 with Romans 9. The same word is translated once as quivered, in Habakkuk 3. This is the full meaning.
Eli means lofty. A very similar word is only translated once into loft, 1 Kings 17:19.
Here is some other understanding; loft is an upper room as in Acts 1. Acts 1:20 is quoted from both Psalms 69 & 109.

Do the Dead Know they are Dead?

In the last post I mentioned the worst in politics. These types are the embodiment of all that is wrong in this world of the dead and decaying.
What is the opposite of that?
“Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.”
Here are some facts: believe in the truth and the dead will attack you.
Believe and live with the reality that there is one God and that His Spirit is in you, that God calls you His son, and you will be attacked by this world.
Believe in the US Constitution and its foundational principles of the Commandments, and their authority, and you will be attacked.
There are two categories of attackers; first are the godless socialists, the scientific materialists, second are the same but hide it behind a claim of a belief in God and our Constitution.
The Spirit that is in me is Jesus Christ and 100% God. Galatians 4

So the attacks are still coming hot and heavy. What do I have to say to the attackers? Have you seen the polls? Thanks for all the help. I am not surprised they don’t see it. They are showing the worst in politics and that, and therefore they are what the majority wants to defeat. Again thanks for the help. These guys are all just too smart for me. They don’t understand that evolution and extinction are forced in the extremes. You would think they would know.
People gravitate toward leaders. Most people, most women, don’t like worms and serpents.
Father, forgive them because they know not what they do. Not My will but Thy will be done.

I Am Every Man.
My political opponents have engaged in a smear campaign using rumors and false accusations, and have insinuated that I have and will hide mistakes of my past. The paradox is that the only way they know about any of my past missteps is because I have told people from the start. When I began my campaign eight months ago, I interviewed political consultants and spoke with many Republican Party insiders. I fully disclosed my past and understood that the political attackers would use the information to eventually do what they do – destroy – as the last resort in the presence of their void of ideas.
Several of these folks now work for my primary opponents and others are still Republican Party insiders or officials. They have done and are doing as I knew they would. But I am going to do what needs be done. That is to tell the truth and not fear them or their tactics. You see, I believe in redemption. I believe that a man can be born again.
In 1973 at the age of fifteen I left home and joined the Army. I did it to escape an inner city culture of drugs, gangs, crime and violence.
After completing basic training, infantry school and jump school I was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg. By then I had turned 16 but had also decided I didn’t want to be in the Army any longer and left, unauthorized, for home. Several months later I returned and was discharged as if I had never enlisted. The discharge was a General under Honorable conditions.
Once home, I fell back in with the same crowd and it wasn’t long before I was in trouble with the law. I was arrested on several misdemeanor charges and eventually served several months in the County Jail. These no longer even show up on my record, but in the name of the whole truth I mention them.

After over 7 years of service and being honor graduate or the highest achiever of every one of my military endeavors, and a member of the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the Golden Knights, I was discharged, Honorably, in 1984 after testing positive as having smoked Marijuana.
In 1992 I was returning home from dinner one evening and rolled my truck. I called the accident in and the wrecker and the State police came. The officer was required to give me a breathalyzer. I tested at exactly the legal limit. I was charged with DUI. In the next several days the DA reviewed the circumstances and the evidence and all charges were dropped.
In 1994, while going through an ugly divorce and the collapse of my business I underwent a religious conversion. I was born again. Being born again means I stopped doing all the wrong things and committed to a real change in my life. When I was a child, I acted as a child and I spoke as a child, but when I became a man I put away childish things.

I have also had many other experiences in business that will most likely be mischaracterized. If and when they come out, please understand they are exaggerations that I will be more than happy to tell the truth about. That is how I will respond, and have responded to attacks – face to face, head on with the truth.

Several of these folks now work for my primary opponents and others are still Republican Party insiders or officials. They have done and are doing as I knew they would. But I am going to do what needs be done. That is to tell the truth and not fear them or their tactics. You see, I believe in redemption. I believe that a man can be born again.
In 1973 at the age of fifteen I left home and joined the Army. I did it to escape an inner city culture of drugs, gangs, crime and violence.
After completing basic training, infantry school and jump school I was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division at Ft. Bragg. By then I had turned 16 but had also decided I didn’t want to be in the Army any longer and left, unauthorized, for home. Several months later I returned and was discharged as if I had never enlisted. The discharge was a General under Honorable conditions.

Today Freedom, Liberty and the Constitution Died.
John Adams said, “A Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever.” Today with the passing of the Government’s takeover of the national health care system we have seen the death of the principles that were the foundation of the ratification of our Constitution, the death of liberty and with these the end of national wellbeing and happiness. The result will be the removal of the consent of the governed and the consummation of the desolation of our nation.
It has been a long path of symptoms, always ignored or explained away, but always known as the harbingers of something eventually fatal. Our forefathers understood and warned us away because they had seen the cause and effects. Their understanding gave us a life, but now as with so many nations before us we have forgotten the advice of history and given in to the Siren’s call. Today our Nation died.
In Federalist # 1 Hamilton warned that history had shown that liberties of Republics had been more often overturned by demagogues. He warned that demagogues, not a well adhered to Constitution, would be more likely to overturn liberty and that once the demagogue got a foothold there would be a long train of abuses with a final result of the demagogue ending as a tyrant. Today we see this proved true; the demagogue is become the tyrant, and today Freedom and Liberty died.
In Federalist # 45 James Madison wrote, “We have heard of the impious doctrine in the Old World, that the people were made for kings, not kings for the people. Is the same doctrine to be revived in the New, in another shape that the solid happiness of the people is to be sacrificed to the views of political institutions of a different form? It is too early for politicians to presume on our forgetting that the public good, the real welfare of the great body of the people, is the supreme object to be pursued; and that no form of government whatever has any other value than as it may be fitted for the attainment of this object. Were the plan of the convention adverse to the public happiness, my voice would be, Reject the plan. Were the Union itself inconsistent with the public happiness, it would be, Abolish the Union.”
Madison’s statement and his assessment cries out today. Abolish the Union if it is tyranny taken a new form. Is it? The warnings were that the Demagogue would use liberty to transform away from the well defined guarantees of our Constitution meant to secure our God given rights and in doing remove true liberty and happiness.
The choice is therefore, abolish or restore.
When I began this campaign eight months ago I understood the need to return to the principles our country was founded upon. I do not believe we need a new government, but the reality is we must return our federal government to its Constitutional limitations. Again, with today’s health care takeover and its mandates we see the end of Freedom and Liberty.
I am calling for a national resurrection. The resurrection comes with putting off the corruption and returning to our foundations. We must return to the foundation and put off all else. With all due respect to John Adams, Freedom and Liberty can rise from this death, as long as we act before this perverted government solidifies its hold on our health care system. Repeal and Never Surrender!

Does truth mean anything? Not in politics. Not that there isn’t truth in the argument; the point is that untruth is never excluded from the argument even after it is proven to be untruth. The unethical and immoral use the lie as a tool of their trade.
AGAIN, this is why there are no solutions with these types. Their goal is the power, the position and promises of solutions are merely means of deceiving toward their desired end.
My post prior to this one ended a times of 70 weeks since the election. I have been silent for the past week hoping and praying for truth. I have found that half truth continues to reign.

I want to talk about the concept of “the consent of the governed.”
Before you hear me you should read, This Fourth of July, Keep Cool with Coolidge, by Julia Shaw.
It is at The Heritage Foundation’s web site at: http://www.heritage.org/Research/Thought/wm2514.cfm
The piece explains the enduring principles contained in Declaration of Independence, enduring being the key word. Calvin Coolidge, the only president born of the 4th of July, articulated the “enduring” perfectly in a speech he gave on 5 July, 1926, the 150th anniversary of our Declaration of Independence.
Coolidge’s conclusions were the same reached by all who have examined these principles with true concern for finding truth, and thereby the principles confirm themselves over and over through these confirmations and their endurance.
A process of scientific conformation of truth, if adhered to by all modern scientist, religionist, and politicians would help solve all the modern world’s problems. The world’s problems are not unsolvable; they are unsolved due to the confusion of the debate and the debate producing paralysis through improper action.

I was reading about Sir Karl Popper and his Theory of Falsification. My understanding of it is that all truth seekers start with a hypothesis based on preconceived premises. These premises are then either proven or falsified by the evidence of testing. The truth seeker will/should not only look for evidence to confirm but to also disprove their hypothesis. That article above is great in understanding the process of proof of truth. If it were applied confusion would dissolve.
The problem with modern debate is that opinion is substituted for evidence, and even when evidence shows an opinion, a premise, to be false the opinions is still continually admitted as valid. The modern priority is the continuation of the debate, instead of the end, the truth.
This takes us back to motive. If you are on the side of untruth, proven untrue by evidence, then you will either admit the premise untrue, or confuse the reality of the evidence with continued debate.
That is the point of the “endurance” of the principles annunciated in the Declaration of Independence. They are proven every time they are tested objectively. It is also the reason I so strongly oppose the modern forms of religion, finance and government. They have all been proven as flawed and false, and the only way they can be perpetuated is through the same old debate and reliance on deception.
The controllers of these modern systems know these things, but they are not interested in an
end/ truth. Their priority is power and control and the only way they can keep it and further it is through continuation and perpetuation of confusion. They need the problems and the last thing they want is a solution/end/truth.
Back to, “the consent of the governed.” The Declaration says, “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” This Statement follows the statement that pronounces, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
The Declaration states, “That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted.”
My premise is this: The government is only acting with “just power” if it acts with the “consent” of those being “governed” by the action. Any action by the government unequally imposed is not and cannot be just.
(Example: unequal tax rates can only be justly imposed if those being governed by the rate give consent. If you want to impose a 50% rate on the top 1% then the top 1% must consent.)
If imposed without consent then it is unjust. Imposing with only the agreement of the majority of the beneficiaries is tyranny, an alienation of the rights of those imposed upon, inequality, discriminatory and can in no way be considered consent.
What is the axiom, the first principles that are the basic of the Declaration and all other founding documents? The Ten Commandments.

The attacks are coming fast and furiously from the leftist and the right establishment. What do they both have in common? I pointed it out a year ago, and it is the manifestation of the worst our politicians can be.

“Their motives and means: Demagogue: a leader who makes use of popular prejudices and false claims and promises in order to gain power. Opportunism: The art, policy, or practice of taking advantage of opportunities or circumstances often with little regard for principles or consequences."
Now they will go on to use the destroyers’ tactic that I have explained to you many times, partial truth mixed with their created context and their definition, to try to portray me as something I am not.
The attack from the right establishment is becoming, as it has been with the leftists, that because I study the Scriptures every day and understand God’s call on my life, live with God as The Reality in it, and see Him at work in what is happening in the world today, I am a religious nut. I am good with that. Thank You LORD.
The truth is the issues and stands I have taken are resonating with the people. The leftists and the right establishment fear me because it is their world coming to an end.
This is exactly what I have told you it would be; the attacks, the tactics, the fear, the panic, and from where it would come. Everything is on course and on track. I have told you where this will end for them and us. We really need to do nothing more than stand in the battle.
I will do as I have done; proclaim the good message that we will, because He has, overcome this evil world. Repent, the kingdom of God is at hand.

Why don’t “believers” know the time? Hosea 9
7The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred.
8The watchman of Ephraim was with my God: but the prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God.
9They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.
Everyone knows what the Siren Song refers to? (For those of you who receive this by FAX, you may not know that I used the phrase in the title of the posting for 4 March 2010.)
I attended a candidates’ forum in Cumberland County yesterday. It turned out to be a forum put together to enable the home town candidate to attack me while not giving me any opportunity to respond with the truth. The attack came in the typical form of stating a portion of something I have written and then fabricating a context to change the entire meaning. The attacker then, as is typical for these types of destroyers, then defined me personally based on his created context.
At my next opportunity to speak I was determined to set the record straight and add the proper context. As I began the event organizer, a member of the County Republican Party, came up on the stage and took the microphone from my hand ranting about me breaking the rules and telling me to go sit down. Of course I walked off the stage and let them finish “their” forum without my participation.
Many of the people came outside the auditorium to apologize for the rude and biased treatment of their party representatives.
Now back to the Siren. The word comes from the Greek, Seiren; the base of the word is seio meaning to vibrate or agitate. Seio is translated in the scriptures to, move, quake, shake and is the base of two other scriptural Greek words, Seismos, translated earthquake and tempest; and seira translated chain and is only used once and that is in 2 Peter 2:4.
The context of the passage in 2 Peter 2 is, “3And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. 4For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;”
The word, feigned, is translated from the Greek, plastos, meaning, molded, artificial, or fabricated, and is only used here.
When you take these translation into account you come to the full understanding of what is being said in 2 Peter 2:3 & 4 and therefore understand the context of the chapter.
3 And through uncontrollable desire shall they with molded, artificial, fabricated words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them because of their uncontrollable agitation described in verse 3 and therefore an inability to come to the truth, to be reserved unto judgment; and judgment because of what is described in verse 2

Do you know that the New Testament word for hell is derived from the Valley of Hinnom, which refers to the place where the heathen once sacrificed their young to their idols and then it became the perpetually burning trash heap of Jerusalem. (Rome is already burning. Hell is already here.)

Understand first principles? One does not depend on two to be one, but two does depend on one. As do all numbers. Without one three is two. Therefore nothing claimed is reality without one.
First principles in the case of our government are those defined and specified in our constitution. Minus those we can only define ourselves, our government, in abstract terms alluding to what we are missing.
We can never be the reality of what we were intended unless we include the first principles.
We are founded on Hebrew- Christian principles.
John Adams: “I will insist that the Hebrews have done more to civilize men than any other nation. If I were an atheist, and believed in blind eternal fate, I should still believe that fate had ordained the Jews to be the most essential instrument for civilizing the nations. If I were an atheist of the other sect, who believe or pretend to believe that all is ordered by chance, I should believe that chance had ordered the Jews to preserve and propagate to all mankind the doctrine of a supreme, intelligent, wise, almighty sovereign of the universe, which I believe to be the great essential principle of all morality, and consequently of all civilization.”

Again this leads us back to the Adams’ statement of the necessity of moral people in government.
That is what he is saying. Liberty has no morality of its self. The morality attached to liberty come through the agent exercising it.

Do you know how you can tell you have an effective issue? The leftists and the establishment right attack you personally with manufactured “facts” and untrue name calling. Do you think they know how that stirs up the supporters of the person being attacked? Do you think they know how it invalidates any and all criticism? They have no idea; they just do what they do. You see, it’s a spiritual thing. All they know is how to lie, deceive, and destroy. They are the false accuser. And no, they won’t know those are references to scripture.
Have we talked about sociopaths lately? A sociopath doesn’t care about the effects of their actions on society as a whole.
I also want to bring up a quote from a Bloomberg.com article back on 14 July.

A mind “characterized by antisocial behavior exhibiting pervasive disregard for and violation of the rights, feelings, and safety of others starting in childhood or the early teenage years and continuing into adulthood —called also psychopathic personality disorder”
This brings US to Sotomayor and her personification of the entire Obama Cult.

They, the cult members, have been conditioned to always believe they are being deprived of something, and those who have deprived them have done it unjustly and therefore this injustice MUST be corrected through any means. The unjust are defined as those who have anything the cult members don’t have, or those who control anything the cult doesn’t control. It is only the self interest of the cult, defined in total by a self perceived right of correction, which matter. Everything and everyone is subordinated.
This is how Sotomayor can lie about who she is, and how Obama could lie about whom he is. It is how the Cult in total can disregard any law, devalue any social norm, disregard future consequence, assume and then impose a communal right to private property, and always hide it behind the spurious mask of social “Justice.”
They are a sum of their past influences. They know to hide their true identity and intentions, but an examination of the past, and times off script, their true identity shows from behind the mask.
Behind the mask is prejudice disguised as justice, and totalitarianism disguised as equal justice.
Justice is only equal and truly just when the mask is only meant to prevents her from seeing out.
Do you understand? True justice deals in principles. Private property is sacred no matter the amount or value. It is a lack of principle allowing this cult to implement their right of correction.
It is a lack principle with the Sotomayor ruling with the fire fighters. Justice wouldn’t have seen anything but law. If she peeks, that means she has prejudice, and wants to see something other than law to base her decision on.

Have you heard anyone presenting any plan for revitalizing and saving our Nation? They will all admit that there is drastic action needed but none have the courage to say what it going to have to entail. The plan I presented yesterday will work and just for that reason our leaders, using their leftist accomplices in the news media, are leading you toward everything other than it. Their leadership is the destruction.
What are their plans? Caulk your doors while they spend their way to reelection.
They are content to fiddle while Rome burns. They are the Jim Jones type and willing to destroy everything now that their evil intent has been exposed and their promised utopia has become hell. Every day we see more and more of the deception they have perpetrated. It is the fruit they cannot hide. They planted it telling you it was one thing but they can’t hide their fruit. So they keep planting telling you the next batch will be good, but the truth is the seed is bad and can do nothing but bring fourth after its own kind.
We can and will fix this as soon as you are ready.

Here is the four year plan for the revitalization of the US Federal Government.
Abolish the Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, Energy, Labor, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Transportation, Treasury, and Home Land Security. Any duties remaining that are Constitutional should be rolled into other Departments.
Social Security and Medicare should be cut into fifty proportionate parts and given to the control of the states. All promises should be kept at a percentage proportionate to the individual’s age compared to the retirement age. The new System should be based on individuals preparing for and providing for their own retirement and health care. A private safety net system should be encouraged for those who fall through any possible cracks in this system. (Church)
Implement the FairTax, repeal the Sixteenth Amendment and abolish the IRS. The original rate to be revenue neutral is 23% but the goal should be to reach a limit of 10% within ten years.
Any future revisions that result in tax increases must be passed with a super Majority in both the House and Senate.
Then reduce restrictions and enable the private sector to drill, mine and build our own energy productions system.
Reform the health care system by reducing the government overreaching regulation and increasing competition.
Reform our legal system starting with a loser pays system for all civil suits. The congress should also use its Constitutional authority to abolish any appellate court that has shown an anti Constitutional activism.
This is a brief outline and of course it doesn’t address all our problems, BUT these are the needed reforms for the areas that are addressed.
Do I think we will do it? We will, but only when it is understood that there is no other way if we want to save our Nation.
